No person under the age of 21 may purchase alcohol or consume alcohol on the premises. Attenders will give best of order in the licensed premises of The Queens.
The organisers reserve the right to exclude attenders with or without a refund of tickets.
Wrist bands are to be worn by attenders to identify entitlement to concerts
In the event that a performer or performer fails to perform the organisers will use their best endeavours to secure a substitute and will make a refund of the whole or proportionate part of the ticket price at its discretion either at the time of the concert or within 7 days.
For the smooth running of the Festival which is to the benefit of all, there is only disabled and performers parking on the site car park at The Queens. Vehicles parked in contravention of this prohibition will be charged £10 per hour that the vehicle is parked which is payable to the organisers on demand. Default of payment of this fee entitles the organiser to exclude the defaulter from the whole or part of the Festival.
Viewing of Get Carter is at Wilderspin National School and is not for public performance but for study purposes only. One of the organisers will give input into the scenes and discuss issues relating to the film and its background.
The organisers are not responsible for personal items left but attenders for any reason at or in the vicinity of the Festival Venue or for provision of food and drink from The Queens.
