(Keynote) "One Foot in Front of the Other: Celebrating the Journey of Recovery"

Living with a mental health condition isn't easy—we know that. But we can spend so much time focused on the challenges of our experience that we sometimes overlook the enormous opportunity, potential, and possibility that exists in our lives. In this presentation, Marya emphasizes our capacity to identify and utilize the strengths, gifts, and tools we already possess--both as individuals and as a community--to map a recovery journey of our own.
