I earned my master's degree in Professional Counseling at Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have some colleagues that practice primarily from one specific theory, but I tend to be more eclectic in my approach. I believe that we're all different and that one particular approach doesn't always work for everybody
